Early days but feel better for taking them.

Having used multiple Creatine formulations in my time I always end up going back to the powder and this one I'd rate very highly for it's purity and value for money. It's always good to get what you see on the tin (so to speak) and with this you do, as in 100% Ultra Pure, Unflavoured and Micronised Creatine Powder. The scoops are tiny, and for me the dose per serving (5g) is spot on - ditto it dissolves easily, even in fruit juice and has zero tatse Price wise, it's good for a glowing 5 star review, I'd definitely buy again. As it stands �19.99 is reasonable for a 100 day supply.

I don't know if it's a placebo effect but I definitely feel like this gives me a little extra oomph, I have 3 hours of aerial classes on a Thursday and normally I'm knackered by class 2 but after taking this I still felt upbeat on my walk home - it's probably a placebo effect but I'll take it! It dissolves easily in water, no need for a "proper" shaker, I've been putting a spoon into my tea and it dissolves perfectly leaving no grittiness.
At around 20p a portion it's slightly more expensive than others I've tried. Does come with a tiny little spoon. Mine had just under 2 year shelf life.
