Lovely packaging. Easy to take. I didn’t experience any side effects. I felt more relaxed than usual, so I think it’s effective as a non-prescription alternative. Seems high quality for what it is.

I can't say that these have been effective in making me feel any calmer or less stressed at all. However, I do believe they have at least been aiding my sleep. I also take a separate magnesium supplement, so maybe this is what is giving the extra effect for my sleep. There's no taste to these when taken with water. They aren't the biggest capsules, I'd say standard size if you're familiar with different medications and supplements. No aftertaste issues present. They do seem well made, the packaging has useful information and there is a 2.5 year shelf life on them if unopened.

This supplement seems to have a good range of ingredients. It’s far too soon to be able to declare any specific difference in my health, however, I do feel that nowadays, it is almost impossible to get sufficient nutrition from crops grown in fields denuded of nutrients by overuse, while at the same time time, being bombardéd with a limited range of chemical fertilisers. Therefore I take a range of supplements. I also feel it’s a good idea to vary those supplements, avoiding overdosing of any particular substance, while providing plenty of variety, which is a more natural way of gaining nutrition.
Life can be quite stressful and any help in tackling stress and anxiety is worth trying. These capsules are easy to swallow, made with good quality ingredients and provide a good mix for effective results. I did notice a slight improvement in sleep ( my smart watch declares my time in deep sleep has improved slightly) and I find I don't get cross quite as quickly when things go pear shaped.. worth a try, I guess.

Nicely packaged, the pills aren't too big. You take two a day making this a 30 day pack.
Taking the pills was fine and there were no unpleasant aftertastes/repeating effects.
